The photos on this page are courtesy of Vivienne McComb, whose father and his family lived in Keilor from 1940 for about 10 years. His father Antonio Montasell leased land at Horseshoe Bend for his market garden. He was one of many Catalan (Spanish) market gardeners in the area. He eventually moved to Deer Park where he was able to buy his own property.
