The house is still standing, in 2016, on the corner of Tennyson and Bellair Sts, Kensington, south of Macaulay Rd.  See MMBW Plan dated 1896: http://handle.slv.vic.gov.au/10381/121929

 

In 1904 Mrs Sarah Williams resided at 196 Bellair St.   She appeared in the 1903 Electoral Roll at that address, occupation 'nurse'.  By 1909 she had moved on to 168 Racecourse Road, Flemington.

 

In the 1908 Electoral Roll, Edith and Alfred Betts resided at 196 Bellair Street, where they remained until 1927, with Alfred's occupation recorded as 'labourer'.  By 1928 they had moved to 93 Vine St, Moonee Ponds.
