Flemington basketball team, Runners Up VWBBA, 1937.

The photographer's signature is in pencil on the right bottom of the image.  His studio features a plain, pleated drape as the backdrop, and a modern 1930s art deco carpet.  Both of these things are present but less clear in the newspaper photo below.  The photo of the Flemington Basketball Team, 1937 came from the estate of the late Nancy Cronin, nee Crook, courtesy of her grandson, Rama Cronin.

This bridal party features the bride, Sylvia Jean Lynch of West Essendon, with her bridesmaids,

Misses M O'Neil, R Tagg, and N Lynch.  The marriage took place at Christ Church, Essendon.
